📦 Physical Products
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted within 5 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must share a clear unboxing video showing the product condition at the time of opening.

The product must:

Be in its original packaging.
Be unused and unopened.
Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation.

Note: If the product box has been opened or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.

Refund Conditions
Refunds are only processed after the returned item is inspected.
The product must be returned in as-shipped condition (unopened and undamaged).
Refund approval is subject to the product’s condition upon receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
💾 Digital Products
Delivery
All digital products are delivered via email after purchase.
You will receive lifetime access to all digital products you download.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
